I've lived here goin on 7 years. Great staff the maintenance guy gives his all super friendly great place to live for kids all the neighborhood kids play outside together not to mention the location is perfect . The only issue I've ever had here is the Missouri Parking Police they like to come by and give tickets. Other than that you can't knock this place.also Patty in the office is rude. I think its cause shes 300lbs and hates skinny people that look good:) hi: As an update I am very happy to know that Patty in the office will be leaving. I'm excited to know that someone else will take her place and not make me feel as if I'm a burden when I drop off my rent check. Her mabox was full of magazines and I didn't want to place a check that was grabbable in there so I walked in into the office and she shook her head back and forth at me and was mad she would had to get off her chair. I don't understand why Villa Del Sol would hire someone to work in a customer service position when she has a personality of a rock and treats paying tenants like garbage. . Get a warehouse job Patty. It be good for you.

My daughter lives in one of the complexes. Very nice and spacious. They keep the property very clean and the grass always cut. Very quiet for the most part.

My grandmother lives there and it's a pretty good place. She did have a flood and I was disappointed they didn't replace all of the carpet only part of it.
