Can’t say enough about the townhomes kept up great service great maintenance. And great location to everything around metro north area. I can’t say enough good things about the new manager and there staff. I did have a post on here already that said wonderful things about living here I lived here for years and it's been great and all the management have always been wonderful as of now there is a new manager she is horrible she does not do her job correctly upping my rent when it shouldn't be talking down to me like I'm stupid it's ridiculous I hate it here now

They never ever answer their phone and rarely in the office when they are needed!!!! Horrible service, no one is ever there when we have questions!!!

Anyone can fill out a waitlist application, however the waitlist is around 1-2 years at any given point in time and there's no circumstances that could move you up the list faster either. That is going to be the same with any income based property. They have to go in the order of the waitlist, and there is always a waitlist. Also, Waitlist applications can not be taken to go. I'd recommend that you call ahead and make an appointment so that you don't waste time going there when they are not on the property or have other appointments or meetings going on in the office. Just a couple friendly tips! Good luck with your search!
