DO NOT RENT HERE!!! Outdoor lighting is horrible and most of the time the lights to your entrance are out. Neighborhood is suspect, so you don’t feel safe. EVERYDAY the trash dumpsters are overfilled and trash laying around. Laundry area’s are not clean, and often at least 1 machine is not working. Pool is closed 80% of the time. It took the news being called to get AC fixed. They cannot give you a breakdown on your portion of water bill. Pretty sure it is equally divided regardless of how many in apartment. My dishwasher has water that sits in it and is moldy and smells. THEY REFUSE TO REPLACE THE DISHWASHER. Brianne in office is nice, but truly pointless to report anything to her. Amanda is ok, but has her own agenda. Brittany is truly down to earth, just doesn’t get things fixed in a reasonable amount of time. They claim to walk property, but don’t notice water leaks for months. They are either clueless or NOT doing their job. Brittany is far from clueless, I just don’t think they care about the property

DONT I REPEAT DONT MOVE HERE . They don’t take care of their tenants and they don’t have a maintenance team . My Apartment had mold and leaks in the bathroom, they tore the hole in the ceiling and never came back to fix it and leaks . So me and my family left we were getting sick the smell of mold was terrible. Please don’t rent here . The hallways are trash and the storage rooms is full of trash and also it be homeless ppl sleeping in there . All they care about is money they don’t fix and clean anything in the buildings…

Stay away!! I have had nothing but issues since moving into this complex. The management doesn’t return your calls and they don’t fix anything. I moved in at the end of March and things are still broken that I reported to them. They won’t let you do a walk thru of apartment stating that the manager previously did . When I moved in this what I was greeted with.

You can also go to the jetz website and reload your card, it will give you a code that you can then use to add the funds to the card when the office isnt open. Out front if the office there is a machine that u put your laundry card into and use the code you were given when you where on line. No fees!
