I filled out an application and the front desk woman told me that our(me and my bf) incomes will be combined together and because they wasn’t I wasted a $80 application fee because Dawn seen before I turned my fees in that I didn’t make $2100 myself and once I told her I was adding someone else she still proceeded to go through with the application. While me and my boyfriend is trying to get work verification, she calls me back with a denial at first saying she didn’t know the reason. I call back the next day(my bf instead of me calls back) she claims it’s because of income, then states 1 of us has to make $2100 not both of us combined. I’m not sure if that was the case why it didn’t state that on the application and she failed to tell me that only one of us is supposed to make $2100 and it can’t be combined.

For the type of property they require a lot of unecessary documentation. Check stubs and bank statements is highly unecessary for a run down place. Lol I would never apply here. I’m a property owner who browses through sites and checks out how a lot of companies scam good people. I’m sure you have maintenance issues or phone calls to tend to.
