I was calling all around Tampa for an award for a birthday party and I tried one last time with this place and Jennifer was ready and willing to help with such short short notice! They got it done in 1 day! It came out EXACTLY how I asked and wanted and prices were extremely fair. I will be coming back for all my future awards I need engraved. Yes, we can etch pictures on glass. Our largest engraver can do 24" x 40".
Masks are required by customers in our showroom and our customer service staff assist customers wearing masks. Pens are separated into 2 cups, one for sanitized and un-santized. Pens are sanitized throughout the day as needed or at the end of the day to return them to the sanitized cup. Common surfaces such as our welcome desk and order tables are wiped down periodically with disinfectant wipes. We have remained open the entire time of the covid 19 due to essential business designation for the markets we serve. We haven't had any employees contract covid 19 and 1/2 our staff have already been or are in the process of being vaccinated.
