I contacted Miller Notary services to notarize a document for me. They were very responsive and set up a time that worked for me. About an hour before the scheduled time something came up on my end and I had to contact them to reschedule. They were extremely responsive and had me rescheduled in no time for another time that same day. They were great to deal wth and showed up right on time to get everything to take care of. Great prices and great service!

I set up a meeting two days in advance. An hour before the the time, Jeanie called to tell me she had a migraine and needed to meet me later. I commented that she was telling me an hour before the scheduled time to which she told me she had just woken up (10:30 AM). When I said I would not need her services , as I had time limitations, she took a rude tone.

It depends on a few factors, but to notarize a document with no travel is $10. Travel fee is based the time it takes to get there and return (not to include duration of appointment.) I do offer discounts to public servants (firemen, cops, military, etc.) There are some cases the notary fee is higher, weddings, VIN verifications so call to confirm.
Do you mean, you have a hearing you need to be sworn in via telephone for a hearing? If so, yes.
