I applied to move into Park Meadows in Kansas City, MO 8/1/22 and I had not heard anything regarding the apartment in over a month. I sent an email on 8/28/22 and did not know what to do so I went to the complex on 9/6/22 and was totally disgusted by the property and staff. I was in the parking lot and went up to read the sign on the door a staff member came right up behind me and never said anything. I later found out that was the manager. I sat in the lobby and the leasing agent offered to help and was very pleasant but got a phone call, then the manager came out to ask if we had been helped. While sitting there I over heard the manager and I am assuming the maintenance man going on and on about a tenant who wanted a new stove , the lady actually called and then the leasing agent told the manager the call was for her and the maintenance man yelled out she's not getting a new stove. We were then asked did we need help and we just asked could we see a unit and the manager said no you can not see a unit, you do not see the unit until you sign the lease. Well after seeing and hearing all this we said thank you and left. I do not know the circumstances about the stove, but I saw enough between the trash, debris, furniture in the parking lots, the rude and unprofessional staff, the lack of customer service and professionalism, and the lack of empathy for tenants we decided that this was not the place for me. I emailed the apartments and the manager Pam emailed me back saying that I would not be getting my deposit back. I paid $250 and I see me not getting the application fee back but to not get my deposit back is absurd. Can someone help.

I give this place no stars honestly.I just moved in and my apartment is really the worst I ever had and I’m not being funny. I have three little girls and the property manager is not every honest about the condition of the units and maintenance. People have been waiting since March to get things fixed. Mold, water damage and bugs the first day I moved in. We can’t use the pool and the park for the kids is a haunted house. Like honestly I’m just not comfortable. I DON’T RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!

I will never are move in this apartment are in my life anymore I will move out next year and I will tail no body too move in here so bad apartment bad bad 😞😞😞😞 that appt bad bad no good appointment this is bad bad apartment 😤😤😤😤😖😖😖😖😣😣😣😣😣😣😣I don't have air in six day need to fix it

I wouldn’t recommend this place to kno one U been living here almost two years and the pool has not been opened but yet they are charging us for it maintenance don’t do their job it takes them forever to respond the office never answer the phone
