I got stuck here during an extreme weather event and they did not lose water or electricity. These apts are in a pretty bad part of town so there is that. They have spacious floor plans.

AVOID THIS PLACE. IT'S NOT SAFE. If I could give less than one star, I definitely would. Before I start, just let me say that this is going to be a fairly long review and does not apply to the independently owned units in the property. We moved in last year. We had very little time to find a place and this was the first one we could afford. I would've rather have lived in my car. If you have pets- good luck. Pet deposit is $600 PER PET, and there's no grass to walk them in that isn't down by the creek. There's one little patch that's the "designated dog walking area" and yet there's hardly any grass there. It's awful. They don't treat for pests even though there's a creek behind the property. We were not able to see the apartment before we moved in. When we finally got to go in, it was terrible. Holes in the carpet. Absolutely no closet doors (and we were informed by our neighbor that the people who lived there before waited 2 years for doors to be installed and they never were). The back bathroom wasn't even cleaned. There were small hairs in the drawer and it disgusts me to think they might be pubic hairs. Dishwasher didn't work and half the buttons on the microwave didn't work. We noted all of this on our move in packet as well. The only thing they fixed was clean the bathroom. There is one lady in the office, so good luck getting ahold of her. The Lincoln Property office does not have a night drop, and they're not open on weekends. We tried for months to get our tenant ID so we could submit maintenance requests online. We tried to use the night drop for the homeowners association, but still nothing was fixed. When we FINALLY got our tenant ID, we hoped that things would start looking up... No. They never did. We never got our dishwasher fixed. We went almost a week with no AC in the beginning of September. They would not bring us fans or hurry to fix it. It was 90 degrees in our apartment for almost a week and we have two small dogs. Every time we would submit a maintenance request, it would be deleted after about a week. There's only one maintenance man that I've ever had actually fix things. They won't come for emergencies. The office manager is very rude and doesn't stick to scheduled appointments. When we were finally able to move out, we scheduled a walk through for the move out. My mother took off work and everything- only for the manager to change her mind after my mom was already at the apartment. The complex is very poorly run. Now onto the property itself. It's old and dirty. The manager in the homeowners office doesn't enforce ANYTHING. She'll send out multiple "last notice" letters for the same thing, but still absolutely nothing was done. (And good luck reading the notices- the grammar is atrocious). We had to replace our blinds because kids would stand at our window and try to look into the front bedroom, so our dogs were constantly pushing the blinds aside. They don't enforce towing. We would come home 3-4 times a week to someone parked in our reserved spot. DO NOT MOVE HERE IF YOU HAVE KIDS. It is NOT a safe property at all. It's terrifying to be on property after dark. My parking spot was directly in front of my door and I still carried pepper spray in my hand on the walk. There are gun shots multiple times a week. We even found shotgun shells on top of the carport when we left. Heartland patrol is a JOKE and does nothing. Also, there's multiple registered sex offenders on property and the office does not make you aware of that when you're signing your lease. Our lease stated for us to be out on the FIRST, but we were still charged for the first and the second. We were also charged for ozone treatment and not offered any compensation for the troubles we had the whole time. I spoke to someone at corporate about it- and he was very kind and not rude in the slightest bit. As upset as I am about the money being taken out of our deposit, I highly appreciate how respectful he was about it. So please, don't move here. Avoid it at all costs.

It's better than ok because I live hear .how ever the police are here at least 3 times a week on call and they cruise to the parking lot at least once or twice a day regularly still that didn't start my vehicle and several other vehicles getting burglarized my neighbor's window got burglarized times and I caught somebody stealing in a match or four times several Vehicles been broken into the gunshots fired randomly on several occasions. The people's and the fall back seem to be a constant problem. And the police are usually over there all the time. I don't know how else to put it

Well moast of them are condominiums that are owned by large company but there's some that are owned by individuals that they rent them out and I'm sure that some of those people might be second chance landlords
