This property as completely gone down forget using the car wash its been broke for over a year, gates stay broke and wide open all the time. Cars racing into the exit gates! Its horrible. There's a blatant disregard for respect when contacting the office. No one hardly answers or respond to emails. Managers don't follow up on work orders. My patio door seal as been an issue since March 2022! Office staff tries to remedy a fix yet gives me the run around about waiting on the manager. Now there's an electronic issue with my garage opening on its own and now not opening at all. Finally got someone on the phone June 14th which I reported on the 11th of June just to tell me to wait til the 18th. No one has showed up! I'll be reaching out to corporate at this point. This is ridiculous!

I will start calling the police and corporate every week for the pool noise. This is flat out unacceptable and The Vincent's management knows this. There are MANY COMPLAINTS and yet they refuse to address this issue. It's going way overboard EVERY single day. Horrific!!!!!!!!!! LOUD LOUD LOUD LOUD!!!!!!!! 😠 😡

Absolutely trash place to live. I currently live here and from the day I moved in nothing works. They say its a renovated apartment but half of the electrical outlets don't work, the A/C still doesn't work after 2 work orders and the kitchen cabinets don't even have trim on the bottom of them. On top of that if you park in a spot away from your building cause there is never any parking, they will have your car towed and charge you $200 to get it back. I would not live here if you are looking for an apartment
