This review is about the maintenance team, Eduardo in particular. I got home from work around 6:15 pm, so after hours. I noticed the floor near my washer and dryer was soaked and something was leaking, so I put in a maintenance call after hours. Eduardo, from the maintenance team, gave me a call back right away and came by my apartment in about 5 minutes. In a span of about 30 minutes, he stopped the leak (working in a dimly lit and very tight area), scheduled a carpet replacement for later that night with carpet cleaners, and outlined an action plan for the next few days for repairs. I haven't had many dealings with the Greystar front office since the acquisition, but maintenance is amazing.

Do not move here. Roaches, bad management, rent too high for what you're given. You WILL hear everything. I had multiple "final" statements until the district manager got involved. The storms & leaks ruined the padding in my apartment, but was still to be charged for it until I pointed it out that we had none. I don't blame anyone in the front office because they're always short staffed, but this is the kind of place you need everything in writing. Even if their systems malfunction (no way your fault), I was argued against on a late fee when I got the email we had to pay it by a certain time that day even though that's not what we were told when we called so as not to be late. Not a big deal for us but maybe for others. things change but there's no leeway. Our neighbors were wonderful, but they will charge you the same as a nicer apartment & nothing works. We had a one inch gap from our front door to the floor & were not alone.

Highly recommend not living here. Building management is the worst - they do not do anything to manage the operations of this building, are disrespectful when you raise complaints, and never get back to you when they say they will. The fire alarm goes off CONSTANTLY (I'm talking multiple times a week, and sometimes in the middle of the night, when there is no fire for over an hour at a time), and mail and packaging is constantly getting stolen but they refuse to do anything about that because "per the lease" they are not responsible.... even though they are responsible for managing the operations of the building and the operations are clearly not working. Worst decision ever to renew our lease here for convenience - DO NOT LIVE HERE.
