Ever since they started HEAVILY leasing to a different DEMOGRAPHIC the living quality and SAFETY of these apartments have went way down. There's been more trash in the walkways, more obnoxiously LOUD music, and more Sketchier people walking through our hallways then I can count. I use to feel SAFE in this apartment community, but NOT anymore! If you want to live somewhere where you feel as if you have to CONSTANTLY LOOK OVER YOUR SHOULDER when you're walking your dogs or coming home late in the evening steer clear of these apartments!

My girlfriend and I had been looking for apartments for her to move to Dallas all day, and on a whim she decided to go look at The Avery. Although we didn’t have an appointment, Marie at the front was so kind to us and took us on the best tour we had all day and left a very strong impression. Haven’t finalized a lease quite yet but we were very impressed nonetheless. Thank you Marie!

I enjoyed the time I spent living at The Avery. The staff is friendly and helpful. The property is clean with great access to downtown and North Dallas. The amenities are new and improving constantly. Would recommend.
