I lived in these apartments for 5 years in 2 different units. The office is completely disorganized nobody knows what's going on and the apartments are riddled with roaches!!! Forget about getting your deposit back, but that's probably true with any of them!! Don't do it. There has to be a better option out there!!

Do not rent from this place. I applied to this place and got denied. I was told to put 150$ down and if i was denied I would loose 50$ and get 100$ back. That was a complete lie and when I called about they gave me the run around. They hung up in my face twice. Left me on hold for 45 min. Im still fighting to get my money back. I will be contacting a lawyer and channel 4 and the corporate office. All the workers and management are very unprofessional. They keep peoples money. They play like they forget what they've told you and they have know people skills. It make it seem like I'm not the only one this has been done to. They say they will call you back but they don't.

If I could I would give no stars !! ROACHES everywhere. When I moved here, I rented a 2 bedroom on the 2nd floor, since I came from NJ I didn't have a chance to checkout the place before. Since day 1 I had roaches in the apt, 3-4 roaches per day!! Pest control would come every week, I also bought products to spray but nothing was resolved. Reaching 3 months in like this (no cooking because I was discussed of touching my stuff because of the roaches), The manager offered me to transfer to another apt, so I did. After a few weeks, I had a huge leak in my bathroom ceiling and had terrible mold, so I called and maintenance came to look, nothing was done. Then I sent an email to the manager saying nobody did anything and she put in a request for them to come (without my knowledge) so When I got home from work, I saw that they painted the ceiling and all my personal belonging were covered in paint. Made a complaint to the office with pictures, also nothing was done. After that started having HUGE roaches in the apt, pest control came, but nothing resolved. Today I heard some water leaking from my bathroom ceiling, called the office several times until somebody picked up. They told me maintenance would come today, but maybe tomorrow. HOW COULD YOU LEAVE A CEILING LEAKING WATER TO FIX THE NEXT DAY ? It was 12pm in the afternoon!! When I opened the curtain from my shower, more than 3 HUGE roaches in there ... DISSAPOINTMENT AFTER DISSAPOINTMENT ! NEVER MOVE HERE !

The front office people are nice and have been helpful in my experience. The same goes for the maintenance people and the area is pretty quiet. The roach problem is RIDICULOUS though. The worst I've ever dealt with. I keep roach spray on hand, have put out roach motels and roach bait traps and they seem to do nothing. Ive found them on my ceiling, toilet seat, pantry, dish washer, coach, bed, you name it! I have not gone a single day without having to kill several roaches.
