So not happy. Paid 600 dollars for my glasses because I'm blind as a bat, go to pick them up and they would not adjust them for me. One stem won't fold at all now, so I can't put them in the case and it digs into my head. I will try to go back tomorrow and see if they will finally adjust them. The guy who sold them to me said they would be adjusted for a a perfect fit when I picked them up. Yeah, right. The worst experience picking up glasses ever. Next time, I will drive all the way to LensCrafters. I mean, seriously. There is a 2 year warranty, I should just get my money back and take my prescription to LensCrafters, where they will actually be adjusted and they will actually give a s***t

Great folks, in both departments. Lou and the doctor both show exceptional kindness and an eagerness to please. The receptionist is also as nice as they come.

Great customer service. Listens to questions, patient, caring technicians. Optometrist was knowledgable and patient. I was 14 min late & I had to reschedule. I cried, but where do you draw the line. I came back Saturday and had my needs met. Love my contacts.

Marisela was the person who helped me. She could not have been more friendly, helpful & accommodating. Her coworker, I didn’t catch his name, he’s a bilingual gentleman- he was great too. You may have to wait because of COVID restrictions (NOT their fault), but it’s worth it to come here. Great customer service, & way cheaper than most places, by far.

Yes! A valid prescription is usually all that is needed to order a new set of specs.
For most patients, approximately one week it the turnaround time. If your Rx is very high, or the lens is very complicated, it may take a little while longer.
There is a 60 day satisfaction guarantee on all glasses orders, but a one year warranty for frame damage.
Not for placing an order for glasses or contacts. Occasionally if the department is expected to be very busy, appointments will be suggested, but only very rarely.
Your order information is saved in the computer system. If you have any questions about a previous order, your optician can get that information for you.
