I placed an order and made a mistake on it. Now I can't get through to anyone. I have been on hold forever. But if I select that I am making a new purchase, I get through immediately then get transferred to be put on hold again. Poor customer service!!!!

This company completely ghosted me after I complained that the mounting bracket cracked while driving on a family vacation (see photos). All I asked them for was a replacement on both brackets. One cracked and the other bent from supporting the entire weight of brush guard. It’s impossible to reach them by phone. When email contact was finally made, they demanded receipt. I found my receipt and sent to them all documentation of sale and photos. They broke off all communication. I made it a point to resend the email numerous times. NOTHING. THEY VANISHED. Questionable quality and horrible customer service. This company does not stand behind their products. BEWARE of PRODUCT.

My son who is 15 worked hard to get enuff money to purchase headlights from this company. The headlights came in and they are know where even close to the correct size. I’ve emailed them 9 times for a return. They will not message me back at all. Very poor customer service.

DNA motoring is not open to the public. In-house sales are reserved for wholesale customers only. Any retail orders need to be placed online and will ship directly to the customer.
Dustin is correct. Unfortunately they are a poor company and no way to communicate with them. From experience even purchases through Amazon can't be returned. I'm sorry.
DNA is open at 9am PST Monday through Friday but only for wholesale customers. DNA does not process retail sales, nor can retail customers pick up orders. All retail orders must be purchased online and will ship directly to the customer.
This piece is not sold separately. Search the part number on eBay to see if they are selling the mirror separately so that you don't have to buy a complete set. At the end of the part number put the letter L for left side as it seems you need the driver side.
If you got the item from Amazon contact them through Amazon, if you got the item through eBay contact them through eBay that's truly would be the best way to get ahold of them. Or email them. They are a HUGE company and the last time I was at their location they were hiring staff as they were very short staffed
