Absolutely terrible customer service. This store is all about trying to make a sale. Was completely lied to about prices and the trade off amount I would be receiving. Now I’m paying so much monthly for just one phone. Don’t waste your time with these people, you’ll regret it

Went to upgrade a phone on my account and asked if the prices in store are the same as online and the rep needed to run all my info and when complete he gave me number that was double than that online, I asked him why and he asked if i was on a T Mobile website??? I showed him i was on my T Mobile acct, and showed him the pricing and he said it did not include fees and taxes, i told him and showed him that it did and that i was not illiterate, He told me to buy it online and it would be the same, i asked him why the prices are so much different and he could not answer, instead he decided to walk away not answering my question. The other employee was standing by the rear desk and i asked him why the prices are double than that of online and he told me THEY CHARGE 100.00 DOLLAR FEE WHEN GOING TO THE STORE. If i had been told that when i first asked the question we would have not had an issue and i would have left but THEY TRIED TO DECEIVE ME AND I CAUGHT THEM!!!!!! NEVER GO TO THIS STORE!!! I bought the new phone online and paid 63.00 with taxes and fees, they wanted over 120.00 in the store, DON'T THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY!!!!!

The service representative was very sarcastic and rude from the moment I walked in the door. He asked me why did I want to look at a phone that I couldn't afford and I've been with T-Mobile since 2003. I left and went to another location and purchased the same phone he told me I couldn't afford. Thought about leaving T-Mobile to go to another service provider.
