Dustin is correct. Unfortunately they are a poor company and no way to communicate with them. From experience even purchases through Amazon can't be returned. I'm sorry.
A haphazard company as this is in need of mgt consulting and experienced middle mgt. Its not a bad co., just needs retail mgt., not just wholesale. When you are flying blind, customer service goes south and stays south, because it is intangible and a nuisance without skill, c.s. programs and time.
