The new management is amazing. Scarlett is AWESOME. Her attention to detail and great attitude with tenants makes this a welcoming community!. I have GREAT Neighbors and am at peace when away knowing I live in a Great Community! Maintenance is on top of it as long as you put in your request via the web portal they will get to you and address your needs. Although it does need upgrades and some remodeling ( those are now in progress). It's an awesome place to live!

This place actually is disgusting. If you end up anywhere near the apartments in the middle of the complex YOU WILL HAVE AN INFESTATION! They pest control is lazy. You can call them all you want. They'll come spray one corner and leave they aren't thorough at all. It was hell when I lived there I couldn't even sleep the roaches we're so bad. I broke my lease to get the hell up out of there.

Water, power,garbage,and sewer are all pooled for your building then divided evenly amongst the tenants and you pay your own rent but the location is nice I don't here gun shots anymore so that's a plus the office workers are fabulous all in all it's a great place to live and I'm in a two bedroom two bath over 1000 square feet for only $920
Yes they are second chance and a great place to stay
