the apartments look good on line but are well over priced, I was told the annual rent increase could be up to as high as $175.00 based on unit, employee couldnt be more specific refused to give corporate number even though she was unable to answer my question. then on top of that you have a $50.00 ap fee and a NON REFUNDABLE Admin fee? A background check is no more then $50.00, credit reports dont cost $50.00 and she did eventually say that was for the company...smh this apartments are really ripping people off, so displeased!

Woke up on a Saturday morning to find my car had been towed. Per the towing company's site they towed my car at 1am. To be parked here at 1am I am probably a resident. I have lived here for 6 months and this is the first time I forgot to put my permit on my mirror after parking. Saw 2 cars I recognized when I went to pick up my car so it was not just mine. I understand making sure only residents are using the parking spaces, but this does not feel like something that was done with residents in mind. If so a warning sticker should have been put on my car as it was my 1st time and again it was 1am. If after a warning I got towed, I'd have no complaint. So thankful I had the $160.00 to pay to get my car back just hours after it was towed. It also bothers me that this happened just a few days before the 1st of the month. This additional financial burden could be the difference between being able to pay rent and not for some. My lease wont be up for 6 months, but this solidified that I will not be renewing. Plenty of other better communities to live at in the same price range. Also wanted to add that the past few weekends there have been a lot of cars parked for some Volleyball place nearby. They don't seem to be getting towed. Maybe if the game was at 1am?
