Water, power, garbage, and sewer are all pooled for your building then divided evenly amongst the tenants and you pay your own rent but the location is nice I don't here gun shots anymore so that's a plus the office workers are fabulous all in all it's a great place to live and I'm in a two bedroom two bath over 1000 square feet for only $920
The only utility that is not added onto the rent bill each month is internet/telephone/cable. So your heating, cooling, electic, gas, water, etc. are all tallied and added to your rent payment by the leasing office.
The apartment pays gas... it states it in your lease, if you have paid gas in your unit you might need to take your lease with you to let them know you want your money back from any and every gas deduction.
I live in a different state so utilities paid are different here. So what are all of the utilities tenants have to pay here?
