I moved in late January and so far, I really like living here! The leasing agent, Madi is amazing! She’s very helpful and quick to respond. The apartment is very clean and safe with great amenities. I definitely recommend this place!

The AB Effect

The Mark at Midtown has really been good to me. I moved here in July for a new job and only had three weeks to move. The leasing process was extremely quick and easy. Madi really was informative and helped me figure out my needs and wants in an apartment until we found the perfect match. I was able to be approved pretty quickly and on move in day Lauren was able to help me with move in info. I was honestly amazed at how beautiful the property looked (I didn’t tour prior but wish I did). So far I truly love living here. My apartment was clean when I moved in. The amenities are amazing and the pool is gorgeous. The package lockers are so convenient for me due to my hectic work schedule. Maintenance is fast and always so nice. My neighbors are super chill and quiet. The location is amazing and Northpark mall is extremely close. Definitely hands down the best apt complex I’ve lived at.

I have been living at the mark for over a year and I love the staff here. My apt was flooded back in February and the girls worked with me to get me back into my unit. They are extremely friendly and always helpful when I need something or just have a question. They are always welcoming and never complain that I come in every morning for a cup of coffee. They have made my experience here enjoyable knowing that if something happens I can count on them to be on top of it.

I enjoyed living here. The property and amenities are amazing. We had a few social events that allowed me to meet people in the community also. The office staff always met and exceeded my expectations! When we had the snow storm in Feb 2021, they went above and beyond to keep us informed and even offered water and food when our power was out. I’ve never had an apartment community care the way that they do! My only complaint is that I just wished I hadn’t chosen an apartment facing the freeway. (LOL) unbelievably loud! Ha ha! Thank you again and I will miss you all!
