DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! IT IS NOT WHAT YOU THINK. Parks at Wynnewood is a an apartment complex that is yes affordable for low-income families but no place for a family. Parks at Wynnewood to service is very poor when it comes to getting work orders done not only by maintanance crew but also by the staff in the office itself. I feel like the whole staff crew should get fired and a new staff should be put in place as well as the owner of the apartment complex and City of Dallas should also come out and look at these apartments. I have live here since last year and I'm in the decision to move because I have been dealing with the same issue that supposedly was supposed to be fixed back last year but it did not all they did was paint over the issue. I have ceiling leakage again and this time it is worse. It is in the master bedroom and living/ dining room. I put in the work order for the leakage in the master room back in March and here it is May the issue is not fixed. Every time I call up to the office all they tell me is that they have to call the contractors or wait until the contractors come out the same old song and dance I had last year. The leakage is so bad that the wall is getting soft, cracking, has brown spotting, with a little mold spot on it. The ventilator door is water damaged with brown spotting. My family can't live in this issue so we are going to move this is low down pity shame of an apartment complex.

The entire staffing team are amazing. No roaches no rats no fighting no hanging out late and the manager doesn’t play any games. She likes the breezeways clean at all times, the crime level have decreased a very whole lot because the manager has zero tolerance for it and that’s what makes me love this place a little more. You know; I feel safe here and I can sit outdoors with the kids and not have any worries. Not keeping the breezeways clean or being involved in any crime is automatically a lease termination and we need more of that here so people can realize can start doing their part but yes I absolutely love it here guys. Needs work done because there a bit out dated but I’m okay with this because the kids are happy here.
