I was treated with the upmost care by this facility. Dr Henderson and his nurse gave nothing but the best care in my urgent medical need. I'd definitely use this facility again and would recommend them to anyone. Thank you so much.

Doctor was very thorough and explained things well for my elderly mother in law. It was a little bit of a wait but care was excellent. All staff were very friendly, courteous and professional.

Unprofessional. And 2 hour wait with a toddler. When finally entering the room we were told the room was too small for my mother and I with my child. The room was fine for a family!! My son was screaming and crying because we had to sit in a waiting room for an hour and a half and he was cranky and possibly in pain with the reason we were there. He's less than 2 years old. He can't talk yet. She said " What's wrong with him"? At first I thought she was asking me for the reason of the visit but then it occurred to me it was because he was crying. Because a professional person would have said what brings you in today? But it was on the paperwork so she had to of known. my son has a pediatrician but the office was closed so I had to take him here. Will not be back there again and glad to know the other clinic down the street will be able to see my son once he turns two. I will take him there if I run into a situation again like this.

Can’t speak for everyone, but I feel the wait time was appropriate considering case diversity and available staffing. People are looking to urgent care now a days because it’s an affordable option compared to the hospitals, so you have all kinds of cases coming in. With that said staff here are wonderful, honestly everyone’s performing their duties, not slacking or goofing like some establishments I’ve been to. The doctor was kind took his time understanding my injury and treated appropriately. I’d like to say a special thank you to Ashley who did my work up. She was exceptionally kind, thoughtful, and personable. Also to Jose who did my X-rays. He was also kind and easy to work with. Truthfully, what attitude you put out into the world is the one you’re returned with. My kindness was returned with kindness and I couldn’t be anymore grateful for the people that took care of me.

yes most of the provider can do DOT physicals
Not sure about insurances they accept. Out of pocket is about $100.00 to see the Dr. Any return visits and that amount goes down to $78.00 to get in.
About 7 to 6 years
They're faxed over by the end of the night. The urine itself goes off to a lab that next day.

They take most insurances but you may want to call first.
Thank you for the inquiry. We are a walk in clinic, first come first served. Thanks for checking.

Yes we do accept United Healthcare and we absolutely have digital x-ray on site. We will interpret x-rays while you are at the clinic.
You are asking this question to the public, not Suncoast. I don't know what insurance is accepted, you should call them prior to visit.
