Be very very careful. We were under contract to buy one of the used homes, and when we had the inspection done there was AT LEAST $10,000 in repairs that needed to be addressed. But, because the owner was willing to spend up to $5000 in repairs they wouldn’t give us our $2000 deposit back. I have the inspection report to back all this up. And when I say AT LEAST $10,000 that is being generous. There is MOLD growing on the ceiling in one of the closets. They said they would “cut it down and replace the drywall” without finding the cause!

We do not have homes for rent, but we do have beautiful homes for sale that can be financed. We provide you a list of several lenders that have loan programs. There are many benefits you get with homeownership and many residents choose our community because we do not rent homes!
Yes, we do allow guests to come visit our Residents. A guest can stay up to 15 days at a time or 30 days in a calendar year. Anything longer we would require an approved background check.
Yes, pets are welcomed! Some restrictions do apply, so please speak with the property manager beforehand.

In addition to being located in a nature preserve filled with natural wildlife we have a Clubhouse, Pool, spa. Shuffle board, bingo 2 days a week, pool tables, work out room and a library. This is a very active community with many events scheduled and sponsored by the HOA.
