We live in Windward Village and there is an HOA fee but its only $10.00 a year per household.

Lot rent is 500, not worth it. And when you consider that there is also a yearly pass thru tax of about 350.00 now it Jack's the monthly up to about 550. Only 1 small pool. It's closed most of the time. There is a fee to join the HOA 10 per household per year. The management has improved, but still not worth the money.
