What a difference from the last place! Connie has great customer service, very kind and empathetic. She was very informative about total cost and total end amount with coverage and taxes etc. I didn't have any surprises. Place looks nice and clean. I am so happy I went here!

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!! They charge a $1.00 to send you an invoice that arrives late (day before invoice due date). Sent payment the same day I received the invoice. Next month, I get the invoice with a $20 late fee?!? I phoned and the girl was extremely rude and obnoxious and refused to due a one-time waive of the late fee despite the late invoice receipt. Now they are charging an additional late fee on the late fee we refused to pay. They will call and harass you on a daily basis. There is a young man who has called as well. He is polite but unfortunately forced to do the rude girl's bidding. I have contacted the corporate office who was supposed to have their district manager contact the location to waive the late fee but if he did, they have refused to follow through with his request. I am contacting the Better Business Bureau this week. :(

Drove 45 minutes to make a payment just to pull on a locked door during business hours. Called the call center was told I would receive a call shortly. They never called, not even a week later. App isn't working on my phone. They have no IT guy to help. I have safety concerns about a gate that never closes, a complete section of units that have no camera and have had no lights for over a month now. Manager argues with me over my complaints and that I simply asked for the late fee to be waved, call center says you can do it, fill in employee says it can be done. Heck you could have given me a discount for the next month but chose to argue instead. I asked for his supervisor name and number and he refused to share the info. Been waiting three days for his boss to call me. The picture attached is a bong it had been sitting in the exact same location for about 6 weeks now. The commercial says expect more from storage. Rated number 1 in customer service!? How? Who did they pay off to get that award? Does it even exist? I have found same size units in climate control for less then I'm paying here. They rented me a unit with double little doors. Charged me almost $40 for two individually sold padlocks knowing they also sell a two pack for about $10 less. I'm so disappointed in this company and my experiences. I feel I should be refunded all money simply because I was lied to, taken advantage of and given a false sense of security. I paid a $25 late fee on a $125 because their app wasn't working, their employee wasn't anywhere to be found and they can't return phone calls. Late fees can but be waived, yet see pictures attached it says it in black and white that they can change it.

I believe they locked in a price for 6 mo. and then it went up like $8.00. I'm sure it depends on the size you get. Also,. They had a deal going on and we got the first month free !
