Front gate entrance from 589 to abeline rd is a joke. There needs to be a system of ID checks to confirm identities of companies entering Timber Pines. Guards show no comprehension and harass companies entering. Timber pines should consider better protecting its community with a more rigorous hiring procedure for guards, With a actual system for entering this lovely community to ensure those who enter are who they say they are without guards wasting the time of its members and guests! It’s called ID checks and should be standard practice not word of mouth and rude guard.

Absolutely fabulous community to live in. Four golf courses, country club, two large pools and hot tubs, performing art center, world class pickleball courts, and the list goes on. All this for a very moderate HOA fee (<$300/mo). For sale inventory very low as homes sell fast. Try it; you'll love it.
