Highly disappointed with the service. Started service 9/27. Today is 10/15. They picked up my trash ONCE!!! They have stated that they service my address FOUR TIMES in the last 2 weeks and yet I still have 96 gallons of trash. I canceled the service because I have no faith the will come back again. I also had to hire another company for trash service. Due to the "service " I got from WM I am paying twice. They also have the nerve to send me a bill!! Will be calling as soon as they open.

One week with them and I now see why there are the number 1 trash company in the world! Highly recommended!

Idont think so
I just moved to this area and still trying to figure out pick up for my area. I have maybe 5 garbage bags full of regular garbage and some moving boxes that I unpacked. Would I be able to drop that stuff off?

Your best bet would be to take those items to Keystone landfill in Dunmore, much nicer facility and easier to navigate
