Friendly staff, well stocked supplies. With a lot of options to choose from. Most Home Depots I've been too it's hard to find someone to help you and when you do they struggle to answer your questions. Understandable though...for some people it's a job to pay the bills and I don't think it's a requirement to know the ins/outs of tile/carpentry/electric etc. HOWEVER with that being said I don't know what hiring strategy this Home Depot uses thank you and well done. The staff I spoke too are knowledgeable and each had a great sense of humor which I appreciate.

It's a home depot It's always fun to find help except for paints always has someone at the counter. They have improved on stock. One thing that always gets me is closing cashier register and have 4 employees standing around at the self checkout?? If you had them at register and if you needed help you could get it. For the people who can checkout they choose it.

It took over an hour to do a curbside pickup of 40 bags of mulch. I was using my truck to haul 40 bags of mulch for an elderly friend. She ordered everything online and when we got there she called them to let them know we were there. They wanted her to use an app on her phone but she doesn't have a smartphone and she tried to explain that and they hung up on her. When she called back the woman was someone different and she was much more helpful and was able to use her system to show that we were there to pick up. It took them 40 minutes just to come out to the vehicle and it took longer than that to put up there little safety fences and even longer to get a manager to unlock the gate of the garden center. It was not a good experience. Luckily we didn't have anywhere pressing to be.

The only reason I chose 4 stars was for delivery mishaps...(more later). The employees at our Spring Hill location are simply OUTSTANDING!!! We recently purchased a new house and needed all new appliances and the ladies (especially Gigi) were extremely helpful to make sure we found a great deal and the appliances we wanted. Rosemary spent lots of time with us figuring out kitchen countertops, and we appreciated her expertise. Other employees there have also been very friendly and helpful no matter what you are looking for. Our only criticism is based on the delivery of the appliances, when the "contracted people" seemed to be wanting to get out of any work they could. 3 of the 6 appliances were damaged, so had to go back. They clearly did not want to install the microwave, even tho we had paid extra for that service. Eager to see what happens next week when they are to be delivered . ..again! Update.......the delivery service that came the following week was White Glove Delivery. They were AMAZING! Made sure everything was perfect and installed our microwave and gave us pointers on a few other things. Home Depot should use White Glove exclusively!!

If you order online, they will ship it to you, just like almost every other store. Or, you can probably find some delivery company online that will get what you want and deliver it to you at home. I can't recommend nor suggest any of these companies, but they're out there.
