I need to pick up a car at Tampa Airport after my flight i, but I need to return the car to St. Petes airport for my flight out of Tampa. Is there a problem with this?

I do it all the time. Rent from TPA and return to PIE. A lot of times its actually cheaper.

I would say yes, but I would verify with Budget. I've done that with Enterprise in the past.
