I rented a car from you and acidently put 10pm for pick up instead of 10am. The agent never said anything about it but charged me over $350 for the difference. When I asked about it was told it was a deposit and I would get it back. Have not. Will I?

I was told it can sometimes take up to 3-5 business days for the correction to show up on your bank or credit card account.

You'll get the deposit back. Sometimes it takes a few days especially after the confusion.
