Has anyone had to switch rooms and front desk not change it in the computer and walked in to the room they forgot to switch?

Yes it happened at that hotel. The guy in the bed had the strangest look on his face and so did I lol it was crazy.

Yes Joy that happened to me once before at a Sheraton hotel in Chicago.. i stay at over 200 hotels nights a year and that happened about 10 years ago. I always double lock the door so that will never happen again. Did it happen to you at this hotel?
