Hotel was very clean. However front desk employees were not at all friendly almost to the level of being rude. We were at the pool which was full of families. There were no towels. I mentioned that to the front desk and was snapped at saying they were working on it.

Do not be fooled by the pictures.. The rooms are very compact. We were supposed to get a room with two queen size beds. We ended up with a very small room that had one king bed and a small sleeper sofa. When the sleeper sofa was pulled out there was literally no more room in our hotel room. The whole building is very humid and muggy. The bathroom is ridiculously small and the shower has got to be turned on from the inside so there is no warming it up first and the toilet didn't want to flush half of the time. It was a very frustrating and un pleasant stay, especially with a toddler... The mini fridge would not get cold among the other frustrating things.. It was dvertised that there would be complementary breakfast included. There is not! They have a "restaurant" but nothing is included with the room. In the picture the outside pool looks huge. Again, it is not. When we first arrived at the hotel there was a homeless man sitting outside in the grass, lots of trash outside along the road entering the Hotel entrenc.. Every employee I worked with and or talked with seemed to be very polite but my husband dealt with at least one person who was not so pleasant..I do not recommend this place as a first choice at all. I honestly believe we should have been refunded some of the money for the room do to misleading information and pictures..

It was clean and nice. They were understaffed. We had to take out our own trash, get our own toilet paper, tissues, shampoo,lotion etc. Had to stock the pool with towels 3x. The front desk never greeted us and had personal conversations while we waited in line. But the pool was great and we had a place to stay. The manager was nice.

Positive: Clean contemporary lines in all styling. Consistent throughout from lobby/ common areas to hallways to rooms. King size bed left plenty of room for sitting area. Mini Fridge and microwave would be a plus if spending more than one night. Negative: It is very close to interstate. If room had been on Interstate side of the building I imagine we would hear more traffic noise than we did on the non-interstate side of the building.
