Horrible! I had booked it for four nights but after the first night, I moved. Sooo loud and there were literally fights breaking out outside the door throughout the night. I felt so unsafe, even armed. Got zero sleep. Mold and wet walls in the bathroom, missing carpet on the floor, stains EVERYWHERE. Smelled very strongly of smoke even though I was in a smoke free zone. It was a scary place. Polite staff though!

Desk clerk would not accept my ID despite it being legal, valid, and not expired. They required a second form of ID, which I luckily had, and were prepared to deny me check-in without it. Terrible check in service. 18 hours after checking in my key inexplicably stopped working. I had to go to the front desk and she tried to charge me for my dog a second time (the first being when I checked in). She specifically said they hadn't charged me and when I pushed back, she acknowledged it actually was in their system. Meanwhile, a housekeeper let my husband into our room without a key while I was at the front desk. The housekeeper didn't confirm ID or any information to confirm it was our room. Terrible key tech, desk clerk attempted to steal extra funds, and no room security. I'm only one day in so far. Leaning toward to checking out early and making a run for it. This place is an embarrassment to the Choice Rewards Program.

We have stayed here before and will never stay again. It's gone WAY downhill. The room was dirty, with visible fingerprints on the microwave and fridge. There were old burn holes in the sheets and comforter. There was visible dirt on the sheet that we wiped off. One of the bath towels had a stain. There were dusty shoe prints on the Ottoman. We asked for a new towel, and it never came. When we went to the front desk to get one, we also complained about the state of the room, and she gave excuses ("it's just a stain" referring to the dirty sheets) instead of apologies or a discount.

This place was horrible. When we make a reservation we drive the area before we actual stay or check in. I'm SO glad we did that here!!!! This place was a dump. There was trash all over the place outside (good indication of what inside looks like), WAY too many people hanging out in the parking lot, it looked like drug deals. The photos on their website are stock photos because this place is NOTHING like the photos presented online. Wouldn't have stayed there for free!!!!! Go to Clinton TN, that Quality is awesome!
