The staff here at both check-in and check-out are amazing. However, I will not be staying another night because the highway(I-75) noise is so loud. If you book here, be sure to request a room on the side facing away from the highway. Also, the rooms are dank and worn. The curtain in my room is broken and letting in too much light.

Hotel was very clean. We wished we brought our suits to try the pool and juczi.   The rooms well well stocked and very nice.  We laughed at how high the beds was.    The showers were decent.  Unless it was the morning, the general downstairs was closed down.  Morning breakfast was okay to decent. We had 2 complaints.   It was right by the freeway.  I understand you can kill all the noise but it was still loud.    The second was the light coming into the room.  We had to block the door underneith and some of the machines.  We switched beds because the light from window came onto the bed more..

As with this chain of hotels, you can count on quality rooms and great service. I also found the rates very competitive. The staff was very friendly and professional and the rooms were clean and neat. Initially, I had a mix up with the room I reserved and the one I was assigned. However, a quick call to the front desk and they immediately made things right. One of the best features here was the breakfast. Lots of variety, very clean areas to get your food and eat.. hot breakfast was actual bacon, eggs and sausage.. very good. Excellent experience.

Decided to stay over night on a quick road trip. The front desk was very helpful and accommodating! The bed was absolutely amazing! The jacuzzi tub was very warm and spacious. Best prices in town for our needs!
