Convenient location, nice size rooms, and acceptable breakfast. This is your typical corporate hotel with nothing special. The build quality on the place and attention to detail is marginal but the rooms are relatively clean and the bed was comfortable with quality linens which is probably the most important thing. Towels were kind of raggedy but otherwise a decent hotel.

Positive: It is located at near location we were visiting. Have stayed there before and liked the location. The staff was very helpful in giving us direction to location we ask about. The hotel had an excellent breakfast and we liked first floor room.

Even though it was only for one night , it was one of the best stays I have had in a hotel. Front desk was super nice and very attentive when we checked in, room was absolutely spotless, spacious, beds were super comfy, bathroom was stocked with plenty of towels and was very clean. Also felt very safe staying there even with it being right off the interstate. Great breakfast and snack bar .Hotel is in a perfect location close to every thing in west Knoxville and just a short drive to campus and athletic fields in the area. Kim and her team do an amazing job at this hotel, will most definitely be staying again when we are in town!

I was in town for business. The company I was booked with out me up here. Great location with restaurants everywhere. Jada was very nice who checked me in. She explained the 1st floor side door was broke and apologized. The phone in my room didn’t work and I called front desk from my cell during 3rd shift but no one answered after multiple tries. The bed was comfy, room clean and great water pressure.
