Went on a date night with two other couples…. And service was bad. Took forever to get drinks… and even longer to get food, that did not come out together and was cold. Wine tasting was not really a tasting and waitress did not even know what she served. Only compliment I can give is to the live music and the general aesthetic of the place. Bummed I wasted a night out on this place.

Went to dinner with friends, and they were very short staffed and had an terrible experience. After waiting 45 minutes at our table, our waitress finally got our drink order. We started with their wine tasting and the waitress brought our wine on wet glasses and did not tell us which wines we were drinking. The food came out at different times for the seven of us and when the last few of us got our food we had been waiting for almost 1.5 hours and it was cold and gross. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The live band was nice but overall a horrible dining experience.

I NEVER leave bad reviews but NEVER have I experienced being refused service just because they didn’t like the way we looked. And on our way out watched another couple being greeted and seated with a big smile. My husband seen that I was upset and walked back in to ask her name so that we can call and speak to a manager the next day and she picked up the phone and proceeded to call the police as if we were a nuisance…As soon as we came in she looked displeased. We were not greeted at all and proceeded to walk to the outside patio. She yelled “the patio is closed” so we said “aww okay” and went to sit at the bar. She then said “I’m working alone so you’re going to have to wait about 15 minutes before I can take your order”. There was only 2 other couples there and they were already eating so we sat down anyway. She then seemed annoyed that we decided to stay and walked to the back and started talking about us to the people in the kitchen. I asked her if there was something that we did wrong to her and why we were being treated like that, she ignored me making it clear she did not want to serve us. I got upset and my husband suggested us to just go next door to eat. On our way out another couple walked in and was greeted nicely and seated. My husband walked back in to ask her name because of the way she treated us and she picked up the phone to call the police! We obviously wasn’t the “type” she wanted to serve that evening. Very poor customer service I recommend Hoptinger next door ( Buffalo cauli bites, shrimp & steak).

We had an early dinner, around 05:30pm. The food was tasty, and the musician for the night was pleasant. However, the service was terrible. Our waiter never brought the drinks we asked for, only the initial water glasses. My Husband's meal came out before the appetizer or my salad. We had to ask twice for the check and a box. No one offered to refill our waters until we asked for the check the second time, either
