The staff were less than friendly. The rooms were in dire need of updates. The ceiling in our room was pealing, the mattress was like sleeping on a bunch of marshmallows. The bathroom was very dated. The shower was made for someone 5f6, not 6f4. Don't think I would have stayed here if known... Check before you stay.

I went here on business and the lady at the front desk was yelling at her boyfriend calling him names and cussing like a sailor. This place is dirty and was a Ramada inn before. Choice must have bought it. The place us a DUMP and there is black mold all over the bathroom. The staff is very unprofessional. It seems like the inmates are running the asylum. Buyer beware. Jada was the name of one of the employees. None were great but she was a real peice of work. She actually refused to let me speak to her manager and said that the people staying at the hotel are the problem not her. They should bulldoze this place and open a comfort inn and sweets here it would be a great location for a hotel.

Great location. (Easy off 75/40) Just a couple of turns and your there. Close to Turkey Creek shopping center. Our room was very clean. Very nice got breakfast. I'll stay here again next time through.

Friendly front desk clerk, clean quiet room with very comfortable bed. My room had a good and cold AC unit. Son enjoyed the pool. The only negative is the low water pressure in the shower. Breakfast was a better than average hotel breakfast. I would stay at this hotel again.

No..we are not a pet friendly hotel...though we PERSONALLY love them!!! Our Comfort Inn in Powell, TN (865-938-5500) and our Staybridge Suites in Oak Ridge, TN (865-298-0050) are pet friendly. They are exceptional hotels as well. ;)
No we do not. We are about a 20-25 minute drive to our airport. The best way to travel from our property to the airport would probably be Uber or Lyft. We don't have the best of luck with Taxis anymore.
