The room was clean and nice, no problem, and most of the staff were very sweet. My big issue was that they charged my card for a larger amount than what I was originally told and then held the deposit (which was also more than I was told it would be) for almost 3 weeks. We also got charged double for 1 night and it took over a week to be refunded. When I inquired about the discrepancy, they got defensive, combative and just really rude and nasty about it. I left the office in tears. Not cool!

Positive: Absolutely nothing. Negative: Arrived at hotel at 12AM, and it was in a bad part of town, and there were people surrounding my assigned room door. The hotel was not well maintained. I did not feel comfortable, and decided to stay somewhere else, but they would not issue a refund.

Once I entered to the room, it was just disgusting, I saw 7 roaches and a dead fly. They should do a better job on making sure the rooms are clean, it disappoints me that I need to deal with bugs 😡 I honestly think I won’t be coming here ever again.

My mother stayed here. The room was a good size for what they paid. There is a McDonald's around the corner and a gas station. Only 20 mins from downtown Knox. 2 stars off because the plumbing was wierd. The toilet took forever to refill and you could hear the noise of the water for hours. The decor was pretty. They had a queen size bed, mini fridge, and TV. Seemed fairly safe as well.
