There are moblie homes and a senior living facility the share the property. The senior living facility is income based or based pff the services you will need. For example: A senior who needs no help with anything would get a cheaper rate. Compared to a senior who needs help with showers. An intake assessments are done to see what sevices are required. And for the mobile home it's 55 years old and up. Not sure of the pricing.
This is a mobile home community. They don't rent 1 bedrooms. They rent spaces for your mobile home.
Dont really know. The only thing i can say it is for buying there. It is very quiet there and clean. You can call for further inquiries.
