why rent goes up every year is just a mobile home ,It really isn't worth living there anymore, it's a mobile home it's supposed to be cheaper to live

I heard this place it's all right but when it comes to living there and share in the pool everybody in the neighborhoods in there that don't belong in there Social Security and the complex itself don't have control of anything on anybody to make mutual respect for the residents

So I do not personally live there but based on my visit they had beautiful homes inside the park it was nice and seemed peaceful

I live here. A quiet and peaceful mobile home community. Most people here are friendly. Not great in terms of appearance. There are a lot of areas and things that need visual improvement (e.g. the community park). The staff here are very friendly. Overall, Three Lakes is a good place to live.
