When I lived there for 13 years with my wife and two kids but it was quiet in the landlord is a slumlord so if you can avoid it don't run from him unless you don't have any other place to go

Needs a lot of work and it's a run down hell hole and when it comes to major repairs they make excuses but I can say it's a place to live but don't expect much. Oh yeah always water problems and noisey.

Very quiet most of the time. Nice place to live. Close to thrift stores and convenient stores. Wal-Mart is just down the road. Close to main highway exits. Lanlord and office manager are very nice.. If you need anything fixed they are on it. Nice place to live. Rent is a just little high. Overall I like it!
