My Husband and I went to visit Siesta Mobile Home Village a few days ago not sure what to expect and I can honestly say that the property and the staff exceeded my expectations by a long shot. The community was extremely well kept and the manager Valerie was very helpful and Kind. She answered all of our questions. This property definitely made top of my list thus far !

A pleasant park-like setting amidst mature trees and landscaping. The homes and residences added to the friendly, welcoming residents make for a very pleasant visit.

Roughly $600, but depends on lot. It raises every other year, but not by much. This doesn't apply to payments on the home itself, just the lot it sits on. They handle lawn, water, and waste for you though. Plus help with trash runs once a week.

No it's not and my recommendation I would not live there. I live there from 2013 until just recently and it used to be a very nice park however it has gotten worse over the years
