VERY rude I repeat RUDE office staff. Chris seems nice however, will give you a run around when it's time to give you back your deposit regardless of the circumstances. Looking to take legal action. Nice area however, don't allow guests and make sure you take pictures inside and out. They said I broke a perimeter fence that had no end post to hold fence up. The wood was old and rotten. Chris advised me, a women who has no fencing experience, to put a few nails before actually inspecting the rotten fence. Few days later a worker fixed the fence properly securing it which should be a business expense not put on a resident that only live there for a month. They then tried to charge$175 to fix the fence then removed it from my final statement. Having a hard time getting my deposit back. The trailer was nice but needed some pest control. Doors are poorly maintained. Was told they would be replaced and they were never replaced. Check around rim of trailer for TICKS. I saw a cluster of ticks near rear door luckily wasn't bitten. 1 star is sufficient if equivalent to no stars.

after I was accused of breaking a buried drain line in the ground due to my parking location, I demanded my door be fixed if I were to park in the front location. Upon the trailer park maintenance coming out and clearing what was actually a grease stoppage from my NEIGHBORS trailer, Laura nor Chris(management and owner) had the guts or moral to even offer an apology. The only thing offered was a 7 day eviction notice if I was unhappy. Slum lords are a title too high for these people. If you see this in time god bless your soul because they love to delete these reviews that prove they are literally the problem with renting in todays society. All of the units are degraded and with some sort of damage. My trailer for example has had a leaking roof since I've moved in that has been "fixed" three times now but the stains and swollen wood tell a different story. I paid the rent that was due and then the next day after received a 7 day to vacate notice under the idea that "it was time for me to go" due to y unhappy nature caused by this entire scenario with the broken pipe. Absolutely shady and with no honor.

Yes, There's an area to the left of the park with ample room for an RV. However, you'd have to contact the office as to the duration you can park it there! Good luck! 👍

It would be a lot better to go to the office in person, that's what I did. I was extremely impressed with the lady who answered the door and how friendly and accommodating she was. Besides, there's nothing better than being there in person to get a first-hand "feel" of perhaps your future home!
Yes, when you turn the corner after you're in the lot, there's an open area, but remember, it won't be close to your manufactured home, you have to walk to it, but it's still an area within the lot! It's really convenient!
