My mom lives there. It's a poor neighborhood close to Busch Gardens. The residents are multilingual and multinational, but they really watch out for one another.

Yeah there is no places for rent most places are yearly least someone would have to leave or move before something would be available

You will have to go check at the office they are open 8am-5pm Monday through Friday
The best time to go into the office is Monday through Friday between 10 and 12 go in the office they will let you know if anything's available very cheap price

YES .. THERE IS MANY U HAVE 2 CAL OFFICE. THAY HAVE A LIST OF THEM 4 SALE AND RENT..

The rent is reasonable and the majority of the people living there are friendly but just like anywhere in the world, if you go out looking for trouble you will more than likely find it with that being said.....Overall.... Being within walking distance from home Depot, Walmart, two dollar stores, CVS pharmacy, Burger King, Wendy's, checkers, and Krispy Kreme doughnuts, (just to name a few) this Park is good in my book. I've been told that this was classified as a 55yr+ community but I don't think they adhere to that prerequisite.
