This place is DISGUSTING I lived here for a couple years and it was always the worse management ever very ghetto and not taken care of at all office people very unprofessional and rude... I recently been trying to contact them for a friend and they never EVER answer the phone no matter at what time you call I don't understand why bother to have a busyness if you don't care . shut this place down or get new employees . We applied to Bay West. We are currently paying rent of 912 a month and they tried to tell us that we did not have enough income to rent one of their mobile homes that rents for 700 a month! There were roaches crawling everywhere when we looked at the one for rent. Love to know how you can pay more rent and want to go to paying less rent but do not make enough??????????

Go to the park and drive around and look for signs. Don't ask at the office.
They have trailer's not apartments. You might find someone with a efficiency that's renting it out
Call them and ask them they will help you out
No motor homes but really the place is very trashy.
