Nice Community to live in. The clubhouse is so nice they rent it out sometimes and the pool is very relaxing environment with soda machines. Also, very pet friendly with a fenced in Dog Park, smaller dogs only, cats too but there are many cats that live here Ferrell but they take care of them using friendly groups

As someone who has driven through here several times, this is a nice tip of the hat to a vestige of old Florida. It used to be common to find a well-kept mobile home park, but not anymore with today's prices skyrocketing. However, this quiet little neighborhood looks like a place I would be interested in checking out if I had the needs and the means to do so in my twilight years.

It was gorgeous! It was clean, well kept and just all around nice! The office staff wasn't there so I took the liberty to show myself around! The clubhouse rocks and everything was really clean and they even have a bulletin board. The way people keep their homes it reflects their own personal style and the whole property look nice - I'm impressed!! 🏠

Visited the Clubroom for a Baby Shower today. This spacious amenity is well appointed and is maintained proficiently. The space was planned well. It includes a stage, an upright piano, a fireplace and a pool table. The separate kitchen is large and has an attached serving counter located in the main room large enough for buffet-style serving. The AC was cold and the many ceiling fans circulated the air well. For their Residents' convenience, dining tables and chairs are available for use. Rental is easy and convenient, too.

They are just a few blocks from Wal-Mart and they also provide a bus to take people shopping and on trips
It's really quiet there. Haven't heard much about any crime in the area

Hi Lisa, you can call the office and they would know. I do know this is something they do! I've seen a few people move out last month so there may be some available now.
I would venture a guess that crime is not a big issue in this community.
Owners but I am sure if you rent they are covering it in the rent. That covers several items that they provide for the owners
