Cute quirky 55+ park. A delightful variety of front yard decor: ceramic ducks, pinwheels, fairy lights, tiny flags, gnomes. Drive slow and carefully coming in, that gutter on the side of Florida will try to eat your exhaust. Not the park's fault, though, that's all city.

Park needs better maintenance ground wise. Mobile home next to sunset circle 236 is an eye sore. I was looking to buy a home vacant across and was turned off by this house.

Majority of people interacted with were type rude. Some wouldn't stop their vehicles to allow you to pass as you walked by. Too many "entitled old people" I guess..

Literally just called to see if there were any openings and informed the lady that all their reviews say friendly and low rent and who ever answered the phone was simply rude!! No need to be sorry nasty when some one is simply inquiring about their homes!

Another corporate buy out with more broken corporate promises. They have raised our rent 3 times this year ! Soon we will have to live with out food or power to afford this place . We are not happy residents
Not till January is what my friend told that's moving there. contact the office for more questions
For what location?
Yes but this is a age 55+ community. There is new management so you may want to check with them as well. Blessings
I was considering moving there last year when the lot rent was only 420.00. I am on a fixed income and cannot afford to have the rent go up every year so I changed my mind. Now I am so glad I did. I talked to several residents and they had nothing but good to say about the park it's so but not worth that much lot rent. Sad. New owners must be very greedy. The majority of people in this park are on fixed income so to increase the lot rent that much is rediculous. I went through the park when i was considering moving there and talked to some of the residents. They all loved living there but were so upset by the increase. I think the new owners are planning to remodel some areas so they can justify the higher lot rents. But in a 55+ park it's just too much. Very sad.
No they don't.
You'd have to ask the landlord/management!
I Believe they are in the process of getting new management.
No rent
