If u want 2 live here don't expect perfection . Theyre good to some and mean to others in time of FEMA crisis even if you paid your rent on time and part of their community over 5Yrs dont be suprized if your given the cold shoulder. There is also ALOT of Gossip in this Park even if your Disabled , want 2 stay to Yourself and be left alone. Someone is always talking behind your back ;(

Do not rent from them. They have horrible bookkeeping and will Jack U 4 rent they say is unpaid. They tried to get me for $300 but I moved out on their ass. They're trailers have rats bed bugs and roaches. You really need to stay away from this trailer park I've lived there twice and both experiences were absolutely horrifying. Trailers or not up to code the floors are not flat I just highly advise that you stay away. The owner Ray is getting old and senile. So you already know how that's going to go

My father lives there and he says it's a great place to live. Rent is reasonable and they fix things ok

The manager allways askes about bikes and pets think the owners frown apon them i never see kids but theres an infestation of cats
