Hello, I will be picking up my reserved car in three weeks, on the 6th of August at LAX. My question is if I am able to, since the car is reserved on my partners nam and I paid it with my Creditcard? we already paid 1000$+ in advance what can we do?

I'm not sure how to fix that problem but I'm pretty sure you do have a problem. Every place I've ever rented from required the credit card or debit card to be in the same name as the license driver who will be picking up the car. I would suggest contacting them directly to figure out what to do about it. Definitely do not wait until you get there to try to figure it out my sister did this once and found herself stranded in Seattle.
