It took about 10 mins. And this was at a VERY busy time.....so the buses were very full.....but they were efficient. It took about 35 mins from the time we turned car in to the time we were at the airport.
My experience has been different, id give at least 15 minutes for a shuttle to come and sometimes Ive waited longer.
10 minutes is about right. Plan for 15 minutes if you want to be conservative.
